Spring Makeup Looks 2014 Article

Last weekend I was just doing my thing and putting together the last little bits of my Valentine's Gift Guide when I was emailed by Fashion Vent and asked if I would like to write an article for their online magazine. I was super excited and terrified all at once, I'd never written an article before (is blogging considered writing articles?) so I was nervous about agreeing but I bit the bullet and I said yes, immediately getting to work trying to think of something to write about.

I decided to create 4 looks for Spring and write about how I achieved each look in turn.
I chose to create a Coral, Pink, Nude and a 'Not Quite Ready For The Full Spring Transition' look. I wanted them to be easy to achieve without having to use too many products and not have to spend too much time creating the looks for yourself.

Below are two of my final looks, Coral and Nude. If you would like to see how I created these and a further two then head on over to Fashionvent.com to read my full article.

  1. Hi Becki :) congratulation on your article! I have enjoyed reading it and all four looks look great. My favourite is Pink, very fresh, ideal for spring.
I don't really change my make up looks throughout the year, I generally just do whatever make up I fancy haha :) There is one product I only use in spring/summer though, it's a wonderful turquoise eye liner ;) xx
